Virtual Communication

You allow the owner of the site to use your email, as provided on form submission and purchase, for methods of communicating with you if needed.

Policy

Account

This website does not offer an account creation method, however, you are responsible for any information, such as email address and name, that you enter upon purchasing products via PayPal.

Purchase

You may only purchase one product every 24 hours, and may only send one form every 24 hours. You also may not purchase for others. You CANNOT resell or distribute the artwork you receive. Any watermarks on said artwork must stay visible, which means you are not allowed to erase, cover up, smudge, or remove watermarks placed in your received artwork. Your artwork may also be displayed publicly on galleries, examples, or completed artwork on this site or any site that owner deems appropriate.

Complaints

If you have evidence of stolen or manipulated artwork, you may contact us via email. There are no refunds if you do not like, and/or are not happy with the artwork you received. However, if you request a fix in a mistake located in the artwork you received, you may send us an email and the artwork will be fixed as soon as possible.
